Stepper Lifetime Warranty

The Stepper is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the steps.

 

To claim under this warranty, first contact us with a photograph and description of the defect so we can determine the most appropriate solution for you.

 

We will repair the steps at no charge, including shipping both ways, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

 

In the event that we can not repair the steps, we will replace them with either the same steps, or a newer model.

 

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, or normal wear and tear.

 

The Stepper is only intended for loading dogs up to 70kgs in and out of vehicles. This warranty does not cover any misuse or unintended use of product. It must have all four feet on the ground and the safety bars or quick release pins in place while in use. The Stepper must not be left unattended while mounted. The fixed 4 Stepper must have the latch in place while your vehicle is in motion.

 

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
